In July of 2020, three independent veterinary hospitals came together to found Old Brown Dog Veterinary Partners. Ever since the partners graduated together from Cornell in '86 and '87, they have shared ideas between their practices, and the ideas kept flowing. OBDVP is their answer to the corporate investors that are swallowing up the industry for the betterment of their wealthy clients, not the veterinary industry.

Payroll is work, and paying bills takes time, but it’s the employee development, hiring, hospital process design, and client issues that we really need help with. You can’t do that from a corporate office, so we developed a Veterinary Practice Manager Boot Camp to help practices get a local manager to begin tackling the issues that are so important, but so easy to put off.
